7.  Miscellaneous

7.1 Applicable Law. These Terms and any contract arising between tvCompass Inc. and you as a result of your use of this website shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Disputes arising shall be exclusively subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

7.2 Severability. 7.5 Changes. tvCompass Inc. may terminate, change, suspend or discontinue any aspect of the tvCompass Inc. website, including the availability of any features of the website or tvCompass Inc. services, at any time. tvCompass Inc. may also impose limits on certain features and services or restrict your access to parts or all of the website without notice or liability.

7.6 Complete Agreement. This agreement represents the sole and exclusive agreement between you and tvCompass Inc. regarding the subject matter of this agreement. The parties may amend this agreement at any time via a written instrument signed by both of them.
